Villa Alba is a detached house featuring four bedrooms, a garden, and a private swimming pool. It is located in the Riells area, approximately 1100 meters (a 13-minute walk) from the beautiful sandy beach of Riells.
The house includes four bedrooms: two with double beds and two with single beds. There are two bathrooms—one downstairs with a shower and toilet, and another upstairs with a bath, shower, and toilet.
The lounge is equipped with a sofa and a TV featuring an Amazon Fire Stick, along with an additional HDMI port if you wish to connect your own devices.
The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and ample dishes, glasses, cups, and utensils. There is also a washing machine located in the garage.
Outside, there is off-street parking available for one car. The property boasts a lovely green garden with grassy lawns. The pool measures approximately 6.5 meters by 4 meters, with steps leading into the shallow end; the deepest part of the pool is about 1.8 meters.
Additionally, there is an outdoor dining area with a table and chairs, six sun loungers, and a parasol for added comfort.

Villa Alba
Très agréable villa avec piscine. Villa très propre avec linge de lit et serviette bain et plage fournies. Hôte très accueillant et serviable avec de bons conseils pour les sorties. A escala n'hésitez pas à aller dans le vieux centre de la ville , plus authentique et animé et de belles petites criques. Un superbe séjour, je recommande.
