Our GENERAL CONDITIONS for renting a property with us are detailed below.

If you are renting a property via partner website, e.g. AIRBNB, VRBO or BOOKING.COM, then there are various conditions laid down by these partner sites. For the sake of clarity and transparency, you should familiarise yourself with the additional conditions by visiting the partner website.


GENERAL CONDITIONS

If a deposit is paid the booking is held automatically.

If the guest cancels, any money they have paid cannot be refunded unless

specifically mentioned in the booking conditions/Payment Policy.

ANY payments made with CREDIT or DEBIT card which are subsequently

cancelled are subject to a charge equal to the processing fee charged by the payment processing entity.

(Currently STRIPE, who charge us a 2% processing fee on payments)

No cancellation fees apply unless specifically mentioned in the booking conditions/Payment Policy.

We strongly advise clients to take travel insurance to avoid any problems.

DOCUMENT REGISTRATION

ALL guests MUST register their identity documents with the regional Police before arrival at the property.

This is required by law and is non-negotiable.

Failure to register you and/or your parties documents prior to arrival the property will result in access to the property being denied until such a time as the documents have been successfully registered.

TOURIST TAX

Tourist Tax is payable by all persons aged 16 and above.

This tax will be charged locally after arrival. The tax is charged nightly regardless of the length of your stay and is payable for a maximum of SEVEN nights

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Arrival information will be sent by email around 28 days before the arrival date.

Properties are available from 16:00 hrs on the day of arrival.

If you arrive before that time you can contact us to see if the property will be available earlier than 16:00

Properties are required to be vacated at 10:00 hrs on the day of departure

PROPERTY CONDITION & CLEANLINESS

You will find our property clean and in good order on arrival.

You must therefore leave it clean and in good order, at the end of your stay.

The property that you have rented is a privately owned property. It represents a considerable financial investment and in some cases is the owners own home.

We ask you to be mindful of this during your stay and to treat the property and its contents with care and respect.

On arrival, if you find a problem with the property or its contents, YOU must report this to us as soon as possible or you may be held responsible.


DEPOSIT/BOND

The mandatory security/cleaning bond of €200 Euros is not included in the rental price. This will be added to the invoice during or after the initial reservation request.

You will need to pay the bond within the normal payment conditions, The bond will be refunded within 7 working days of departure by bank

transfer/Credit Card or PayPal and provided the property is in good condition and clean and /or deducting the expenses in case of repair or replacement of broken items, damaged or missing items and extra hours of cleaning.

You are responsible for damages that exceed the amount of the €200 Euros bond.

We advise you to contact us in case of damages which you caused.

Any additional cleaning required as a result of the property not being left in good order will be charged at €25 Euros per hour and will be deducted from the Bond Payment.


DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS

We will provide you with plastic sacks for used bed linen and towels.

Please place all used towels in one sack and all used bed linen in another.

Mattress protectors should be removed from the beds and placed in another sack.

Please ensure that all INSIDE and OUTSIDE furniture is back in the position that you found it in when you arrived.

Please empty the fridge and freezer of all used or open foods. Unopened foods can be left for the next guests.

Please empty all bins including those in the bathrooms.

If there is a dishwasher - Please check that the dishwasher has been emptied of all dishes.

Please check that all dishes have been washed and put back where you found them when you arrived.

If you are self-checking-out, please remember to leave the keys in the agreed location.

We aim to return 100% of the Deposit/Bond that you paid to us.
