Villa Clemente is a spacious bungalow located on the edge of the forest, perched on a hill above L'Escala. The accommodation is all on one level, with steps leading up to the front door, providing a slightly elevated position that offers access to a balcony. From here, you can enjoy stunning views over Montgo and the surrounding forest.
Inside, the villa features a large lounge equipped with a TV and fiber optic Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, and an oven with a hob. For coffee lovers, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker is also provided. The dining area can comfortably seat eight people, with additional seating available on the balcony for shaded meals.
Villa Clemente offers three bedrooms: one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, and a room with bunk beds along with a single bed.
The property is set in beautifully maintained gardens and boasts a large swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.

Villa Clemente
Charmante, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Villa in traumhaft, ruhiger Lage am Waldesrand mit Blick über Montgó. Das großzügige Grundstück mit schönem Poolbereich lädt zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen und verweilen ein. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet & gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Matratzen waren top! Die Aussicht ist traumhaft! Auch unser Hund hatte eine super Zeit, da das Objekt am Ende einer Sackgasse, direkt am Pinienwald liegt, was zu herrlichen Spaziergängen einlädt. Man sollte sich allerdings im Vorfeld darüber klar sein, dass man für jeglichen Einkauf, Strandbesuch ect. das Auto braucht. Für Menschen mit Rollator oder anderer Gehbehinderung ist das Grundstück mit den vielen Treppenstufen allerdings nicht zu empfehlen. Für uns war es ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Steve, der bei der kleinsten Frage sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand! It was a pleasure to meet you!
wunderschöne Villa
Wir sind jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Clemente und sind voll und ganz zufrieden, es war wieder sehr sauber, der Pool ist ein Traum und wird immer sehr sauber gehalten und geprüft, vielen Dank Steve. Der wunderschöne Pinienwald gleich neben an ist super zum Gassi gehen.Toller Ansprechpartner, der immer gleich zur Stelle ist, einfach Top. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen, es ist traumhaft für Kind und Hund. Die Villa hat eine tolle Ausstattung, es fehlt einem an nichts. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!
