The outdoor area is fully equipped with a parasol, table and chairs, sun loungers, and a large built-in BBQ. The private swimming pool is Roman-ended, heated (optional), and measures 7 meters by 4 meters, complete with lighting for late evening use.
Near the pool, there is a terrace featuring a shower with a solar-heated water supply, as well as a cold mains supply. The large, one-level terrace surrounds the swimming pool and the side of the house. Additionally, there is a separate lower garden area laid with decking. The entire terrace is enclosed with security gates to ensure children's safety. The garden is beautifully landscaped, filled with various plants and trees, making it a relaxing space to stroll around.
Inside the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with TV and internet access, a bunk room on the ground floor, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms and another bathroom.
Parking is available on the road outside, and small cars can also use the driveway. Please note that the road is unmade and rough, with no asphalt.

Villa Muntanya
la maison est très bien , la piscine également , les équipements sont très bien pour une maison de vacances. Steve est vraiment réactif aux demandes diverses .Je recommande vivement sa jolie maison pour des vacances au calme.

UN VERDADERO PLACER! Steve y su vivienda han hecho que nuestras vacaciones hayan sido perfectas. La casa estaba perfecta y q el agua de la piscina se pudiera templar, ha sido un puntazo. La zona está genial, con playas, restaurantes, supermercados,... Y Steve es un anfitrión de 10!! Si buscas unas buenas vacaciones, no lo dudes y vete allí ☺️

FANTÁSTICA
Somos una familia con niños y es la 3°vez que venimos a Villa Muntanya y no será la última. La casa es perfecta, la piscina climatizada es perfecta parapoder bañarte sin pasar frío, zona tranquila y bonita. Una vez más Steve encantador , siempre esta dispuesto para todo.
Villa parfaite
Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés : la villa est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée, la piscine privée et la clim sont un réel plus. Nous avons tous regretté devoir partir... Sachez que la villa est à l'écart du centre ville mais vous gagnez en tranquillité (ce que nous recherchions). La communication et la réactivité de Steeve est très facile (petit problème de cafetière résolu ultra rapidement ) et toujours agréable. Merci pour ces belles vacances
Casa Villa Muntanya
Fantásticas vacaciones en Villa Muntanya. La casa está muy bien equipada y tiene de todo. La piscina genial, de lo mejor. El aire acondicionado en toda la casa también es un plus que otras casas no tienen. Por decir alguna cosa negativa, la casa está un poco alejada del pueblo, aunque ya lo sabíamos. Repetiremos otro año!!
Gorgeous Villa with private Pool
We had the pleasure of staying at this villa in the first week of October 2019. Steve, the property manager, is very accommodating. He was available to help with any questions we had. He went out of his way to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The villa is situated on a hilly road, very close to all of the amenities of the town. There are some lovely beaches nearby, with shops near the promenade if you need groceries or buckets and spades. The villa is clean, modern, and comfortable. Downstairs, there is a living room/dining room/kitchen area with a sectional sofa, dining table and well stocked cupboards of plates, pots and pans. Additionally, there are double doors to the pool area, plus a toilet/shower room, and a bedroom with a single bed and bunk bed. There is also a utility room with a washer and dryer on the ground floor. Up the spiral staircase there are two double bedrooms with closets, and a bathroom. There is a balcony off one of the upper bedrooms, where you can take in stunning views of sunsets over the Pyrenees. There are many properties available in the area, but we chose this one because the pool can be heated for a small fee. We had contacted many other agents in L'Escala to see if it was possible to heat the pool, but this was the only one we could find. This place is an absolute gem if you are traveling off season. Though we had beautiful, sunny weather, with a mild breeze and 23C temperatures, the heated pool made it possible to enjoy the water all day long. We had a fantastic time at the villa, and would love to return next year. Thanks again to Steve and the owners of this lovely villa! :)

Villa idéale
Nous avons séjourné en famille à 4 personnes. La villa est dans un quartier très calme à 20’ à pied de la plage et du port. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée. Les lits sont très confortables. Steeve nous a parfaitement accueilli avec des explications claires sur la maison, l’environnement et les visites à faire (village, plage, comment se rendre à Barcelone). Il est à l’écoute de chaque demande et hyper réactif. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la climatisation. Nous recommandons vivement. Au plaisir d'une prochaine visite
